Hello and welcome to Decopak Europ: a local and independent firm specialised in the decoration of perfume and cosmetic packaging since 1990. Located in Barcelona with a 12.000 square meters production site, we cooperate closely with the sector’s leading European brands to make their products special and unique.

We are a solid team of professionals accustomed to fulfilling the highest expectations and finding creative solutions to the projects. We innovate in sophisticated techniques and streamline processes in order to ensure consistently high quality and outstanding finishes.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Decopak specialises in all sorts of surfaces, such as plastic, glass, aluminium, wood, metal or zamak. We adapt the newest technologies to every material and have the expertise of a highly skilled technical team.

As an independent firm with an entrepreneurial and fighting spirit, we offer a significant benefit: the ability to conduct research and break new grounds. We delve into every new project and give the best of ourselves. We experiment with new materials and offer tailor-made solutions including, when needed, the creation of additional departments and business units for specific products.

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE

At Decopak we strive for excellence in all we do, offering an all-round service of decoration.

With the client’s idea and design as a starting point, we consider the project thoroughly to make an offer tailored to the requirements. We offer a sample service prior to the allocation of the project, we proceed to develop the moulds and tools, and produce pre-series in a testing phase in order to guarantee the success of series production.

A specialized team works on every phase of the process and offers innovative solutions that live up to our clients’ outstanding standards.

We are concerned about the environment and try to minimise our environmental impact, working with efficient machines of the newest generation, with water-based varnishes instead of solvent-based ones, and performing regular energetic optimisations in order to run a more sustainable and clean business.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are proud to announce the start-up of our first photovoltaic power plant for self-consumption as part of Decopak‘s global sustainability strategy.
The 511 solar panels installed cover part of the company’s power needs, making it possible to save 91.5 tons of CO2 in emissions. The plant has the latest technology in terms of solar panels and auxiliary components, such as a system for monitoring the power generated and consumed and will generate a total of 345.19 MWh per year.

Thanks to our commitment and in recognition of our efforts in the field of sustainability, Decopak Europ has been awarded an EcoVadis 2021 Gold Medal and EcoVadis 2023 Silver Medal. Decopak has placed in the top 2% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis in the Metal Treatment and Coating sector. With all areas scoring above average, the areas of Environment, Labour Practices and Human Rights and Ethics are particularly prominent, achieving scores of 70/100, of which we are especially proud.
